Going over one of my favorite positions this week in the closed guard! Make sure to be there on Monday as I’ll be going over a great attack in the arm bar and an awesome sweep in the pendulum sweep! 

You will definitely want to be in class on Monday as we’re going over 3 awesome techniques! First we’ll be going over how to take our opponent down to the ground with a double leg takedown. Next we’ll cover what to do when we get to the ground with two great attacks in the arm lock and the key lock, both from top control. See you there!
