In Kids Intermediate, we are going to hold off on the curriculum this week and review some of the action from this past weekend's tournament. We are going to take the opportunity to learn from that experience and focus on getting better at:
Guard Pulling
Trap, Bridge, and Roll Top Control Escape
Top/Bottom Guard Concepts

It just so happens that in NoGi Intermediate we'll be touching base on a few techniques we went over in the Adam Maslach workshop...the Arm Pass By and the Knee Lever Sweep from Bottom Half. It'll be a good review. In addition we'll be taking a look at the Head and Arm Tripod Pass from Top Half which just so happens to be our focus next week in Adv No Gi. Everything is linking together!

In Intermediate NoGi we'll be focussing on getting to that dominant high s-mount position and exploring some of the sub opportunities we have on our partners exposed limbs.
