This week in Kid's NoGi and Kid's Intermediate we'll be discussing the butterfly half guard position. This is my favorite way to play bottom half guard.

This week in Gi All Levels we'll be working from Top Control otherwise known as the Mount position. We'll start our focus on defending and reversing the position. This technique, "Trap, Bridge, and Roll", will become a major component in your Jiu-Jitsu defense from here on out.
